Pen Drawings

I love the clarity and detail I can achieve using pens. 

I started using them in 2018 working from my own reference photos to create imaginative wildlife illustrations.

These fun little narrative pieces bring me great joy. I hope they make you smile too! 

I use lightfast unpin fine liners in varying sizes for my drawings, including the four way cross hatched backgrounds which have become a real feature of these pieces, allowing the finer details to really sing. 

They are drawn on thick acid free watercolour card.
